Recently becoming a Tui Group company, the 37-year old brand continues to enjoy success.
CONSULTANT AND MANAGER | NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE | 2008–2013
Integral, lead role in the design and development of Seaweb, the web-based booking tool for NCL agents worldwide. Worked directly with CIO, IBM contractors, Seaware developers (Versonix), internal marketing, sales and IT teams. In addition, as Manager CRM and Web Support, oversaw the enhancements to NCL.com, working directly with the internal development team and marketing team. Managed the IT team in transitioning Oracle CRM to Salesforce.com.
