Heavy investment in small ship cruising further grew market share.
CONSULTANT AND MANAGER | NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE | 2008–2013
Lead role in the design and development of Seaweb, the web-based booking engine for NCL agents worldwide. Worked directly with CIO, IBM contractors, application developers (Versonix), internal marketing, sales, and IT teams. In addition, as Manager CRM & Web Support, oversaw major enhancements to NCL.com, working directly with the internal development team and marketing team. Managed the IT team in transitioning Oracle CRM to Salesforce.com.
